Vail Spa Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: 10% of the total vacation cost is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Final Payment: Final payment is due:

• 14 days prior to arrival for summer bookings (April 16–November 14)
• 30 days prior to arrival for winter bookings (November 15–April 15)
• By November 1st for all holiday bookings (December 19–January 2)
• 30 days prior to arrival for all other bookings

Final payments are non-refundable.

Please note: Even if paying by ACH, wire transfer, or check, a credit card must be on file to guarantee your reservation.

I have read and agree to the Vail Spa Condominiums deposit and cancellation policies and authorize Vail Spa Condominiums to charge my credit card according to the stated deposit schedule.

I authorize Vail Spa Condominiums to charge my credit card for incidentals such as additional requested cleaning and parking.

I understand that I am renting a privately owned residence and am responsible for repairs and replacements beyond normal wear and tear.

I understand that optional damage insurance is available on this stay.

I authorize Vail Spa Condominiums to charge my credit card for damage and replacements beyond normal wear and tear if damage insurance has not been accepted.

I authorize Vail Spa Condominiums to charge my credit card for additional cleaning beyond normal usage, including carpet and upholstery cleaning.

I understand that all properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

I understand that skis and snowboards are not permitted inside of Vail Spa residences and that ski boots must never be worn inside the residence.

Damage Insurance

Damage insurance is available on your reservation at a cost of $55.00 per reservation for up to $3,000.00 in accidental damage coverage. Relax and enjoy your stay, and if something happens, simply report it to the front desk. We take care of the rest.

Please note: If damage insurance is not selected, you are responsible for 100% of the cost of repairs and replacements.
