When you reserve with Vail Spa Condominiums, 10% of the total stay cost is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. For winter holiday stays (arriving December 19-January 2), 25% of the total stay cost is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Vail Spa shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.
Balance of total stay cost is due 14 days prior to arrival for spring, summer and fall stays, 30 days prior to arrival for winter stays or by November 1 for holiday stays. After this time the entire stay cost becomes non-refundable.

Vail Spa Condominiums is unable to guarantee specific condominiums. We will do our best to meet your requests as noted on your confirmation. Vail Spa Condominiums will not refund money due to requests not being met.
$25 per person per night will be charged for any persons 13 and older over the maximum occupancy of the condominium (4 people in a 2-Bedroom, 6 people in a 3-Bedroom, 8 people in a 4-Bedroom).
Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by parents/adults and using existing bedding.
All rates are subject to state and local taxes and resort fee.

Vail Spa guests are provided one complimentary parking space per residence. A parking permit is required and will be provided upon check-in.
Have additional vehicles? If space allows, additional cars may be parked at Vail Spa for $25/day per vehicle. Please inquire whether space is available upon check-in.
Pets are not allowed at Vail Spa Condominiums.
Vail Spa Condominiums is a strictly non-smoking facility.
